New Bulk Actions
Users can now relist more than 10 items at a time—up to 240 items can be relisted at once across any marketplace. This makes it easier to keep your listings fresh, which can help boost your sales. Other actions, like delisting items, editing and adding labels, and marking as not listed, can also be done in bulk. This makes managing your listings even more efficient.
Mercari Update:
We've resolved the issue that was preventing users from importing items from Mercari—now you can import all your items smoothly. We've also improved the listing process to Mercari and fixed the 'unable to contact API' error. While we've made these improvements, we're still working on a few other identified issues.
Delisting/Relisting errors: Facebook and Grailed were experiencing errors with package fields when relisting in bulk. This issue has been resolved, and users can now relist their items on both marketplaces without any problems.
Inventory Management: We fixed an issue where item numbers would disappear on the inventory page when filters were applied. Now, your items will stay visible no matter which sort option or filters you choose.
Depop: Users encountered a 'This item could not be delisted. Please verify the listing URL.' error when trying to delist from Depop. We've fixed this issue, and you can now delist your items from Depop without any problems.
Shopify Collections
Previously, you could only retrieve up to 50 collections from Shopify. Now, Vendoo lets you access all the collections available on your account, giving you more flexibility and options.
Mercari Update:
We've made improvements to the Mercari issue on our mobile app, so you can now list to Mercari from your phone. However, we're still working on resolving the importing and listing issues on the website.
Depop: Some users were encountering an error with Depop's variants, particularly in the Kids category. This issue has now been fixed and you can list onto Depop without any issues.
Vestiare Collective: We've resolved the listing error that was caused by a missing category-specific field. Everything should be running smoothly now.
eBay: Some users were getting the “Please complete your marketplace form and try again” error when trying to relist items in bulk. This has been fixed. You can now relist in bulk on eBay without any issues.
Facebook: We’ve enhanced the sync feature for Facebook Marketplace, so you can now easily import your entire inventory from your FB account.
