Updated the shipping options and costs to reflect the current promotions they are running.

Tags and color fields were removed from the Mercari form since they are no longer supported.

Etsy: Corrected a problem causing connectivity and listing problems.
Poshmark: Rectified a bug in which sales were not being detected from this marketplace.
Vestiaire Collective: Fixed an issue affecting the listing process.
General: Patched a scenario where items were incorrectly marked as “Delisted” in Vendoo while still active on the marketplace.
